I was diagnosed with pcos over 10 years ago and struggling with being overweight since i was a preteen. I've lost weight and then gained some back. I'm trying to lose the weight again and hopefully be able to have a baby.

Congratulations on the weight lose and having a baby!

Short term goal: to lose 20-25 lbs by July. Long term goal: to lose a total of 80 lbs.

Hi! I have a similar stuggle. Losing weight and then gaining and then relosing the weight. I've started back up this year, since May 2017 to be exact, that I have to stay on track this time. Back in 2014 and early 2015 i lost a lot, then mid 2015 and 2016, i gained more then half back, and now since May I've been slowly…

"I just don't know what to do with myself." Though, I'm not sure if lyrics of a song or just merely a phrase. Either way it's stuck. And when i say it to myself, I'm always sort of singing... go figure, lol!

Same here, I'm not new to the app, just new to this Community section. Using this app back in 2014 and early 2015, i lost a lot of weight. From mid 2015 & 2016, i gained a little over half back. Now 2017, I'm roughly 15 lbs away from where i left off from 2014/2015. Slow and steady. Good luck to you in your fitness goals!

Hello, good luck to you in reaching your goal! You can do it!

Welcome to the app here! I've used this app since 2014 but stopped during the majority of 2015 & 2016. Now 2017, I'm ready to continue where i left off. Though using the Community section of the app I'm new to as well.... I had only used the app to log my food and exercise. Good luck to you in reaching your fitness goal! :)

Yup, me as well. I've used this app before but only for logging calories and exercises. First time using this Community section.

2014 was the year i lost a lot and reached 2/3 of my goal. Sadly, in 2015 and 2016, i gained. Surprisingly though, i didn't gain it all back (felt like it though). Now, 2017, i had enough slacking and I'm slowly and steadily making my way back to 2/3 again... Don't give up, slow progress is still progress! Good luck, you…
