No matter the struggle... Whether you've lost weight and then gained again and now restarting to lose again (which is my struggle as well) or just starting out losing weight for the first time... Slow progress is still progress! You can do it, so don't give up! Just take it one day at a time. Good luck to you all! :)

Hello... Just a little about my progress.
Used this app back in 2014 and with working out too, I was able to achieve 2/3 of my goal. Sadly, I stopped working at losing weight for the most part of 2015 and 2016 and went from achieving 2/3 to 1/3 of my goal. However, this year 2017, I'm slowly and steadily making my way back to losing the weight. I'm roughly 15lbs…
