I'm currently following the 5:2 diet, two fasting (non-consecutive days) of 500 cals per day and the other five days around 1660 cals per day. I must admit I'm finding the fasting days easier as I make home-made soup which is approx118 cals per bowl. On the non-fasting days I find I'm not totally starving in the morning,…
