You should split your muscle groups. Chest/shoulders (push day) Biceps and back (pull day) But honestly, it's all up to you and how you feel about your progress. Fasho man, it would also help if you walked at a pretty fast pace. We'd have our "ruck marches" in the army with upto 60 lbs of gear..it sucked but even with 20 lbs, you'd still get a good burn.

$34 a month. Locally owned Gym, the owner is a pretty cool guy. It's easily the best gym I've been in and outshines a lot of the bigger chained gyms. Would support a local gym over a big chain any day.

I eat like..8 eggs a day (love em, they're so simple to cook and delicious) Hasn't really affected me. I think eggs are great. If the amount of fat bothers you, maybe you should eat something else.

you should plan your meals with your schedule..for me, I'll usually have my last meal just about when I'm going to bed or an hour or 2 of when I'm going to sleep. It really makes no difference how you do it though as long as your at a deficit.

Honestly, I don't give a fk what other people do at the gym. The only time I care is if I notice someone on a machine texting away and I'm waiting for that machine.. I'm not there to focus on a fat obese person or the biggest guy at the gym. I'm there for me and only me.

It really depends on how sore you are..after working a certain muscle group, I think 1-2 days rest for that muscle group is needed before working it again. For a noobie, you will feel sore much longer so like others have said, after 1 rest day, you should push through the soreness.
