If you break it down by carbs and sugar, 56.5 carbs, 8.4 fiber. Net carbs is 48.1. The sugar is 33.6. Are you losing eating the fruit? Does the sugar make you crave more sugar?

Thanks for your replies. I drove it in the car and the Garmin and mapwalk was correct. I checked my stride length and it was set to 0. I changed it and I'll see if that fixes it. Thanks

To me, this was a great video. He is saying that we are adding sugar to foods that don't really need sugar. A lot of people think that eating fruit is great, but the issue is they are eating too much fruit. A banana is really 2 servings of fruit, not one. Weight watchers work great, but it cost. My advice is to record everything in myfitnesspal. Make sure you are in the correct range between calories, fat, fiber, protein, carbs. I know someone who is eating a raw vegan and she said she craves vegetables and fruits. If I don't eat them in a couple days, I crave them.

If you are craving something, it could mean that your body is telling you your missing a vitamin. You could have a banana/apple with peanut butter and add a couple pieces of chocolate.

My sister ate clean all of her life. We thought she was the healthy one. She is now down to 90 pounds and has throid, heart, and migraine issues. Doctors have her on a high protein diet. Doctors are telling her that fat is not bad for you.

I cut my sugar. I will eat one banana a day and that is about it, besides sugar in typical food bread, yogart, etc. A couple days ago I had a 1/2 cup of pineapple and I got a real bad headache. I feel better that I cut sugar out.

I eat breakfast at 7 (eggs and toast) and snack at 10 (protein bar). I work out in the morning. I used to not eat toast but I notice it helps me feel fuller longer.

I don't think you get fat by eating a couple pieces of fruit a day. I think most people underestimate the sugar they eat when they eat fruit. I know someone who probably eats about 5 cups of fruit a day, they are over weight. A 2 quart container of fruit for breakfast. It is just too much sugar for your body to process.

I agree with the either poster leave the treadmill to cardio work outs. For glutes, I would do pistols, deadlifts and squats.
