  • I consume high fats & protein macro. Although I never achieve my protein macros..without going over my calories it's hardly possible. Suggestions welcome.
  • Sometimes Fats as well .... but those are coming from things like avocados, nuts etc. i have already lost a good amount of weight and I am trying to build muscle. I Do have my protein at 45% but rarely make that goal.
