i am always going over my goals for carbs & sugars. If they are coming from veggies & fruits should I be concerned or do I have to cut certain fruit carbs like apples and bananas out of my diet too?

Your calorie goal is what matters, for weight loss.

Those are just a guide. Only worry about the calories.
For example, yesterday I didn't have much protein. So for my evening snack, instead of using all my remaining calories on cookies, I froze a greek yogurt and made a sundae with chopped strawberries and a little whipped cream. I still had dessert, stayed in my calories, and had 12g of protein.

Sometimes Fats as well .... but those are coming from things like avocados, nuts etc. i have already lost a good amount of weight and I am trying to build muscle. I Do have my protein at 45% but rarely make that goal.

So, are you bulking? Either way, you should meet your protein goal to help maintain/build muscle.

Just watch that you're logging properly and picking the right entries for foods. Some of them have incorrect macros, even if the calories are correct.
