@Phoebolaylaylay thanks for the tip! I’m doing a running challenge for December so I used the same ticker but I’ll check out fitocracy. Day 3 of level 1 complete

@RAinWA , Could I ask what your height and weight was when you got the surgery to reduce to 32C? I'm trying to think through the size I'd like to be once I get the surgery. You can message me privately if you prefer--that is, if you are comfortable sharing that info (I'm sorry to ask in the thread--I don't know how to pm).…

@ereck44, have you tried the zombies run! app? I find it's so much more fun to run on the treadmill with it. 5 slow miles today with the jogging stroller

As another poster pointed out, it really is individual. Some women have more fat tissue in their breasts (which would then likely shrink as they lost weight), whereas others have more breast tissue. I find that I am in the latter category because they stay big even if my rib cage is bony. Something to consider -- My…

I'm in! Just completed level 1/day 1 this afternoon.

@shanaber Thanks for the update on the kinvaras. Perhaps I'll give them another go once my Vazees need to be retired. I'm loving the ON Cloudventures though!
-
@Rajani1996, as others have noted, you need to be patient. I am 4.5 months postpartum and am working to get back to my prepregnancy weight--I'm 7 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight so I need to keep logging consistent and tight. Just FYI, over the past two weeks, I went from 158 (lowest so far), then back up to 161. Down…

@puffbrat, I have a 4.5 month old too. Are you experiencing the 4 month old sleep regression/super crankiness? We are--and it totally stinks.

Goal weight: 145-150 lb Height: 5' 9" Pre-pregnancy: 147-150 lb Currently 20 weeks pp. current weight: 160 lb , +2 lb. but down 1/2" in both waist and hips--I'll take it! (40-27-39) @4legsRbetterthan2, hey there! I don't know if you're looking for recommendations, but I find that eating the same thing (like prepared chili…

@_nikkiwolf_ Kinvaras used to be my "go to" shoe, but I noticed that the last pair I bought wore out rather quickly and I haven't bought them since. Like you, I experienced odd knee and hip pain. I believe I was wearing version 7 at the time, purchased in 2016--don't quote me on that because I had a baby recently and my…

I wear a 32G and love Panache sport bras. They also come in nice colors so I don't mind if the straps show.

ˆthis I need to wait at least 2 hours to allow my food to digest even a small snack before running.

I had my first Paraguard for nine years (2007-2015) and just had my second put in after the birth of my daughter. It is non-hormonal (as previous poster indicated) so it does not have any effect on weight. I never had any issues losing or maintaining weight. How much more weight do you have to lose? Previous poster is…

Just finished my PhD in 2016–now on the dreadful job market. Add me!

I agree. I really miss being able to run the trail--alone. I took her out today and she just screamed.

It's my understanding that it's simple math of CICO, barring any postpartum hormonal stuff. I wrote this in a different post, but I've shared some of it here. -with both of my pregnancies, I didn't start losing until I was at least 12 weeks pp. My daughter turned 4 months old last week. -"only" last week did my postpartum…

Hi there, I'm breastfeeding but I just wanted to offer my support. You are only 2 months pp so be kind to yourself :) I say this while fully admitting that at this point 2 months ago, I was in your position and incredibly frustrated with my lack of progress. That was 10 lbs. ago. It can be tough to get adjusted to your new…

@HazelBite113, how old are your other children? Could you invest in a jogging stroller?
-
Hi there! I just joined this group as well. I would stress that you'll need to be patient with yourself. Your body is still healing from pregnancy and childbirth and your hormone levels are still leveling out. I'm not a medical doctor but I can speak from personal experience. A few things to consider. Not all women can…

Thanks, NorthCascades. I appreciate it. @TimothyFish, no, it doesn't work with headphones. For what it's worth, the speaker to which my husband tried hooking it up works with his laptop. (big sigh)
