Ive had my paragard in since january 17. I had my baby in Dec 2016, and have lost about 25lbs but the last 4 months i haven't lost anything. Has anyone else had this particular iud and had weightloss stall?
I've consistently had 1700 cal diet and work out 3-4 days a week

As Paragard is a non-hormone IUD it's unlikely it's affecting your appetite or causing water retention, which are the ways that contraception (hormone-based) can cause weight management issues.

Have you reviewed your calorie allowance since losing the initial weight, are you logging accurately (logging all food/drink with calories with correct entries, by weight for solids and volume for liquids?) The closer you get to your goal the lower margin of error you have. Take a look at the flowchart below.

Also if you were breastfeeding and now aren't that can also impact your calorie balance as it burns a significant amount of calories.

I had my first Paraguard for nine years (2007-2015) and just had my second put in after the birth of my daughter. It is non-hormonal (as previous poster indicated) so it does not have any effect on weight. I never had any issues losing or maintaining weight.
How much more weight do you have to lose? Previous poster is correct in stating that the closer one gets to goal weight, the tighter the logging needs to be.

Paragard is hormone-free, correct? I had an IUD for about nine years and never had weight loss stalls from it. I could see if there were hormones involved (I know when I went on the PoP temporarily, I was ravenous) but not just the copper wire.

ETA: Sorry, duh. Not one but two people already mentioned it's hormone-free. Sorry for repeating.
