So happy to find this discussion! My physiotherapist has challenged me to the 30 days and I started yesterday. I am going to miss dairy and my protein powder the most. I live in New Zealand so don't have all the same products as USA. Good luck everyone.

My trainer tried to get me to do box jumps resulting in me falling backwards landing at his feet on my behind.... I couldn't sit down properly for about a week but at least he didn't laugh.

I'm pleased to see this thread as am currently on a weeks break. I usually work out 3 times a week with my trainer and go to spin class. Next week I'm not training but am planning to go to spin and swim before work. My body is clearly telling me I need a break!

Go cold turkey for a month and then any fast food will taste yuck after that. I gave up sugar just over a year ago and my taste buds have completely changed. I no longer crave junk, processed food. I get up early and train before work. I HATE getting up, *kitten* and complain to myself every day... But I do it because I feel amazing afterwards and I respect myself and my body. We moved to New Zealand 4 years ago and I gained weight. I have spoken to lots of people who moved countries and all reported weight gain.

Well done on your weight loss! I bet anyone who sees you out running will think, "wow look at her go wish I could do that" or they won't even notice you as most people are wrapped up in their own world. ☺️ Don't let other people stop you from being fabulous. If you lived here we could go together.
