Ok so my lovely husband bought one this week ( they were on special) I have just made the first drink... Apple, frozen berries, silver beet, chia seeds and protein powder. It was yummy but not sure it's good for a meal replacement. Any thoughts on the NutriBullet?

Protein shake: water or milk?
i have been using protein shakes for breakfast for a while now as they are great after training. I have been using milk ( low fat) berries, banana, spinach and chia seeds with a good quality chocolate protein powder. I thought it might be healthier to try almond milk but it tastes like flavoured chalk and I can't do it!…

What time do people get up?
I get up at 04:35 to train at the gym and then go to work. It is never easy to get up but feels like the best part of the day once I'm up and at work. Just wondered if anyone else got up at a similar time!
