I don't expect support to succeed. It is simply something that does not to be another challenge on the journey. I have already succeeded and will continue to do so. The confession is simply saying that it would be great to have support from those closest to you.

My college GF had alopecia.. I had no idea until after our 3rd date when she told me she had to share something with me and said she would understand if I didn't want to see her again. She removed her wig and I was honestly speechless by just how beautiful she was... so yeah, I would date a bald woman :smile:

Outside is much harder for me as well but definitely more enjoyable. I use the treadmill for sprint / hill work and get outside for the running

Protein Pancake is a good one.... 3 egg whites / 1 whole egg (you can choose the breakdown), 1/4 cup of oats.. mix it all together.. cook it like a pancake.. top with sugar free syrup

I have plain greek yogurt mixed with a tbls of peanut butter. It stops the craving for me. Good luck!

I have protein shake and a small piece of fruit about 30 mins before and the same after.
