I don't expect support to succeed. It is simply something that does not to be another challenge on the journey. I have already succeeded and will continue to do so. The confession is simply saying that it would be great to have support from those closest to you.

I've noticed you are blessed in that area, and your situation I see that could be tough. Haven't read too much about it, but it seems to me weight loss does also decrease chest size. Not sure relationally how much though. I see plenty of fit ladies with still substantial boobs, and not fake.

I confess (not try to justify) that as a mother of 3 girls, 2 teens and a tween and a job that is very high demand I have let myself go. The busy lifestyle that we live leaves little time for exercise, meal planning and cooking. We have for so long lived by the drive through as we run here or there to this or that practice or what have you. Today I am declaring that way of life over. I will get my life back on track. Besides who's going to be the taxi driver if I die of a heart attack. Sorry so long, just had to get it off my chest.43

I confess that my legs are a bit sore after my workout today, and the only leg exercises I did were thrusters and stairs
however it was 78 dang thrusters! among other things of course .... still been slacking in the leg department this past week. Should probably hit it hard Thursday 7 -
