  • I've done better on my weight. Hit a rough patch there for a few weeks where I wasn't losing weight but it is finally showing up on the scale. We also go for walks outside when it's nice enough.   • Went on vacation this last week (to Vegas) and I am only up 1 pound. I got up every day but one to work out and didn't really over indulge even though it was extremely tempting. I definitely feel great about that 1 pound and am ready to get back to work this week! Great going everyone. Great results this week!
