First of all do not hate, LOVE your body instead, then your body will talk to you and encourage you what to do.

Considering your age and weight, it seems pretty low. You might wanna start with 1500-1600 for a healthy journey.

I have the same thing going on. I walk and ride a bike to shed sweats. I try to burn more calories than I take each day. Not a special diet though.

I've recently joined the gym and it feels great so far. My best exercise is walking and the PHOTOS keep me motivated when I do look good in them.
