Late Night Cravings / Need Motivation
Hi there, I've been here for a while and what I have done so far is this: I lose a bit and then gain much more. Right now I'm in a position thay I hit the rock bottom, the most I weigh in my life! I don't even want to go out and walk! During the day it's ok but I can not help the late night cravings. What do you guys do…
