Capitalism at its best.. Thats why the USA is the greatest place on earth. We even log on every day to tell a computer what we eat so we can buy the rite foods to eat, then buy the best looking clothes, buy, buy, buy....its how our society functions...Capitalism.

I find it impossible to even stay close to my calorie goal when eating out. Its like a trance when you hit the restaurant. And if it has a bar forget it. The alcohol alone puts me over.

I am definitely not rich and live paycheck to paycheck. Like i said poor and overweight don't go together. If your here asking the question its cause you want to do something about it. Money does not need to affect your eating. Your comment is making an EXCUSE for why you need to be overweight.

Coconut oil is my favorite. Its smells and taste fantastic. Not only do I cook with it. I make a Cuban coffee skin rub with it. ( coffee grounds, Vitamin E oil and coconut oil mixed together).
