Hey I'm in your boat. I started 3/9th and only lost like ~3 lbs so far it's a little annoying since I wake up at 6am to do my workouts! But I know it takes time and I have days where I eat more than I should, but I can tell I'm getting stronger.

Ohh those are good @lady_funk ! Yeah I don't do daily rewards since that would be pretty crazy to do 6 days a week. I'm almost done with phase 1 so I guess i'll get a mani/pedi this weekend. After phase 3 I should think of something.

I was wondering the same thing. I have some trips coming up and I'm 3 weeks in. Would I need to restart the phase from beginning or just pick up where I left off? Also I don't want to mess with my current schedule with Mondays off since I prefer to sleep in on Mondays.

I just started it 2 weeks ago. I was thinking when I finish I could start again with heavier weights, but not sure if I'll want something else at that point. You can do other dvds? Just come up with your own schedule.

I did it a while ago and really saw results after doing it for a month but didn't finish. I just restarted on 3/10 and it's kicking my butt!!

I wore a heart rate monitor for one of hers and burned ~295 in 25 min hth.

I haven't purchased my own, but I have tried TRX classes before and really enjoyed them. Maybe try a class first? Especially to learn the correct form before committing to buy?

I'm no fancy cook but I buy frozen veggies for a fast side dish or soy free burgers or bean burritos when I'm low on food. I also like soups for making ahead and freezing or keeping in the fridge.

I think so. I've had my fitbit for a year and a half. I also gained weight since I had it, but now that I'm tracking, I find it really useful to know how active I am on certain days. Usually people over-approximate when they log exercise I feel like it gives me a more consistent measure. You don't need it, but if you're…

I had an awesome spin teacher and enjoyed it a lot and then I had a horrible spin teacher. Maybe try another instructor before you throw in the towel.

Silly question, but are you using the same scale? I used my scale this morning twice and got 2 different weights both times... it was 3lb difference. Clearly I need a new scale but maybe yours is little weird too?

So many things. The mirror, photos, not fitting into any clothes, having to buy new clothes, not fitting into those clothes. Getting blood work done and being told to lower cholesterol levels. The list goes on.

I was very sluggish first two weeks I did it. Would just go home and pass out. After that I felt so energetic, it was amazing! Wish I kept a journal but oh well. It's def not for everyone.
