Calories burned for DVDs

i have been doing Jillian michaels How to win by Losing DVDs pretty regularly. Now that I am doing MFP I need to log them. Does anyone have any idea of an approximate range for calories burned for something like this? I know it will vary from person to person, but I just would like some sort of range.

    I log my 30day shred under circuit training and i known theyre inflated so i just mentally count them as half to be safe. And youre right- depending on height weight age etc, your caloric burn will vary

    I wore a heart rate monitor for one of hers and burned ~295 in 25 min hth.

    Perfect! Thanks for sharing that. When I plugged my 25 min in for circuit training it calculated 253 calories, so just about right.

    You can change the calories as you log it - makes it easier to keep track :)
