Hi I am still trying to figure out this eating back calories. Am I right in thinking if my daily allotment is 1300/day and I "earn" extra calories simply by existing thru the day plus my exercise calories, I can eat those and still lose weight? Any help is welcome.

well I'm at 200 ad I am 5' 4" and 57 years of age. I am very aware of what I am eating, and log appropriately. I just don't get it.
