I'm insanely curious about the 99%. I'm working my way up in percentage. I'm finishing up a Ghiradelli 86% and I have a Lindt 90% in my fridge, ready to go. Tonight I threw a square into my protein shake and it was delicious! :grin:

I tried the Hazelnut Chocolate Chip tonight (my Kroger had it in! :smiley: ) and it's pretty good! I think I'll get a better idea when I am able to wrangle in a full serving, but so far I still love Sea Salt Caramel the most. Does anyone have any recs for the best chocolate Talenti? I love how I feel and kinda okay with looks. But now I obsess about food to the point where I can get upset and frustrated when I can't have Chinese food or fries because they would blow 3/4 of my calories and not fill me up.

On Sunday I felt as close to sexy as I ever felt. But that went away by Tuesday as I started to get pissed off at the state of my stomach and started feeling gross again. So, a big but brief win. It did help that I bought Pink underwear by Victoria Secret in XS for the first time, though. :smile:

This is going to sound weird, but goat cheese. I like to sprinkle a bit on my salads, but I could eat the container with a fork. Especially the Cranberry and Cinnamon kind that Kroger just came out with.

Thanks for the replies. I have loose skin on my lower abdomen that doesn't bother me. The belly button part bugs me because it's still squishy like it's fat. And it has gone down quite a bit since I've started strength training in November, it's just agitating. It's pretty much the one area I hate the most.

If the number they gave me for the BF% is wrong, I'm not that hung up on it. I don't really trust the trainers at my gym anyway. I was just curious. I'm not chasing a specific number. It's just what I was told. I figured I'd just be thorough in the information I could provide. I'm mostly just wondering if there are others…

I'm actually working on three half marathons in May, and I do really enjoy running. And the BF number I got was when I got it checked at the gym. They didn't use calipers, they used a body fat monitor. The BF% isn't a big goal for me, tbh, that's just the number they gave me and the only source I have. I'm not sure I trust…

It actually has 1054 according to the nutrition calculator on their website. Though it is the turkey. The cheese only has about 30mg of sodium.

I eat back some of my exercise calories when I work out at the gym (usually less than 50%), but when I use my HRM for outdoor running, I eat back more of those.

Not if that was all you ate. But you can check the calorie count yourself on McDonald's website.

I love them, too. I only eat one after my workout though. I only have enough calories for one. I started out not liking any of them, and now I like just about all of them (save Strawberry cheesecake, the chocolate peanut butter, and banana nut muffin) after putting them in the microwave. I can only buy a box plus four…

Ah, I'm small and I have a job where I sit for 10 hours a day but I also run 30+ miles a week plus strength training. So hopefully more calories will help me. :smile:

Today I bought a new swimsuit!!!! (It's a tankini. I still have belly flub to lose. :angry: ). I also went into Victoria's Secret and bought cute underwear for the first time! :joy:

Ugh, I feel pretty stupid. :weary: I'm going to start upping them tomorrow ( I figured I might as well finish out the week as I am) but man. I hope my maintenance calories are decent. I'm starting to get hungrier. Lol.
