Just finished mine a few hours ago, delighted with myself was full sure I wouldn't be able for it. Actually had more left in the tank even. If I can do it anyone can.

just finished day 5 today , not to bad at all , coming from never having run before, i enjoy it now and look forward to it, smiling away as i play strong beats as i run , shins get a bit sore now and again but am so determined to finish this program. Away skiing next week and plan to take my running gear as i dont want to…

Week two day one today but had to do it on a treadmill, I have loved running outside but circumstances meant I had to gym rather than outside, the running was easy as in no shortness of breath but my shins feel heavy and sore now
