weights noob , advice please
ok i on here a month now and things are going good, but i think things could be even better, currently watching my calories and doing ok , every second day im doing couch to 5k, im thinking now id like to start lifting in my inbetween days, i will only have access to free weights that i intend to buy as a gym is difficult…

at work today, nothing in here at work for dinner so fell back on bad habit and ordered in battered sausage and chips, feel yuck now, first chips ive had in a month since i started logging, just wanted to say it out so i know i wont do it again, nine pounds lost in a month and can see the difference

ok am into my third week of counting calories and every day so far bar two ive been under my 1500 , a good few days a hundred or so under, first big night out now and im going to be way over for the day, should i be beating myself up about this.

working out calorie content in homemade recipes
hi just trying to workout the calorie content of say the likes of vegtable soup. am i correct in thinking if i add up the total content of all the ingredients i use and then if there is roughly six portions i just divide the total by six to get the calories per portion?
