at work today, nothing in here at work for dinner so fell back on bad habit and ordered in battered sausage and chips, feel yuck now, first chips ive had in a month since i started logging, just wanted to say it out so i know i wont do it again, nine pounds lost in a month and can see the difference

It's ok to eat chips and battered sausage if you make it fit into your day.

First time poster here. I almost never post anywhere but your post hit me right in the feels.
I did the same thing a couple days ago. Chezzie84 is right. Just log the calories properly (I personally count a bit high on those foods since they are rarely cooked per the nutritional pamphlet's ideals).
Keep counting properly, cut back a bit today or tomorrow or go for a bike ride if the weather is nice. Remembering the guilt helps me sometimes but you can also counter balance with activity. Don't let it stop your momentum.0
