http://bikinibodymommy.com/ - She has a facebook page as well, but that's her web site. She of course has meal plans and a success journal you can purchase, but the daily workouts are free. I watch them through YouTube every day. It's a 90 day program; 6 days on and a rest day (usually Sunday) where you have 3 cardio days…

That is significant! Wow! Excellent work!

Thank you! Thank you! Everyone. And Queenmunchy - your End of Summer Chili recipe looks wonderful. I'll try it soon!

I said NO to mindless ordering. I looked up the nutrition before I went out today and made radically different choices for lunch. I'm learning to enjoy different foods now. So, I said No to a tortilla and yes to lettuce. No to sour cream and yes to avocado. No to dressing all over my tex/mex salad and yes to dipping my…

Sorry, can't seem to delete a post entirely.

Said NO to the goldfish crackers my son left in a bowl on the table.

Yep! 2 dogs, one soda, one nachos = $24. Worth it though.

Good job, but most importantly, did your team win? [/quote] They were way ahead when we left! It was beautiful out, and we enjoyed the 4 hours we were there - but you know, babysitter.

Had the dog! It was delicious. Then half of my husband's chicken nachos, which were also delicious. Only a few calories over for the day. Not bad!

Went to a ball game and did have a hot dog and shared nachos with my husband. Said NO to all sweet things!

Breakfast was so early! Wheat toast and peanut butter at 5:30am. Tuna, tomatoes, and cottage cheese at 10:30.

I didn't have any of the 100 or so cookies I baked yesterday! I had cottage cheese instead.

I really appreciate everyone's input. I ended up doing an extra workout, but more because I knew I couldn't fit it in today and I didn't want to miss Saturday's. I've done really well today, and the finished cookies don't even tempt me - it's that dough! I'm learning to eat right (again) and not think about it as…

Hey there! I'm almost your twin. 5'5" and about 176 right now. I'm just working toward 155 for now, because I like how I look at that weight. I've only been back on this for a week, but I love how I feel. Eating right and working out and drinking tons of water is better than energy drinks!

I said no to a spoonfull of chocolate chip cookie dough (after I said YES to 2 already, but you know...)
-
LuckyMunky - That's awesome. Good for you.

Smack in the middle. Turned 45 last week :)

Thanks for the support, and all of the great suggestions and opinions. In the main I feel the way that many of you do, that I should just head for the 155 goal and see how I feel once I get there. Having been down to 140 years ago and feeling miserable, I'm guessing I'll be content with the 155 and fitting back in my…
