Let's Talk About Non Scale Victories - shall we?
I think it's super motivating to hear about others' NSV. When the scale isn't moving much, but you see a difference other places. So, I'll go first.. I'm finding that I can lift a bunch of grocery bags all at once; I feel so much stronger! Also, those constant fast food cravings? Not much any more!

What did you say "NO!" to today?
I was tired and hungry after a big grocery trip with 2 small children - but I said NO to the 3 fast food joints nearby. They looked good, but I passed them anyway!

No loss for 10 days. Is this normal?
I've been on MFP (again) for about 6 weeks and am stuck. I lost 4 lbs quickly (water, I know) and then 3 more in a couple of weeks and now I'm at the exact same weight for almost 2 weeks. Going to a baseball game tonight. What can I eat?
So, heading to a ball game with the hubby tonight and I LOVE ball game hot dogs. I've eaten very few calories today and I'm hoping I can have one and a diet soda (the only one of those I'm having this week.) Eh, what do you think?

Ate about 1000 calories of my "trigger" food tonight. Ack!
I've done great all week, and had eaten well today - then I went to make cookies for my husband's gaming group tomorrow. I cannot be around cookie dough! My personal "ideal" weight is still overweight according to the charts. Is this a bad thing?
Hi, I'm 5'5" and 177 - and am wanting to get back down to 155, where I feel really good.
