You can do it! I'm not going to reach my original goal but I would be happy to check in with you, on this post, every other day to keep us accountable! My revised goal is to lose 8 pounds by Easter. Two pounds per week is achievable and maintainable. Lots of 'ables' in this post!

Update SW: 153 CW: 150.6 GW for challenge: 135 Ultimate GW: 127 Planning what to eat and when, even on the weekends, helps keep me on track. I have also made exercising, at least 30 minutes a day, a priority. Sunday morning I got up at 5:45 and went to the gym to work out. Got home before my kids woke up.
