@nannersp61 yea the scale will do that to you. I weight myself on day one and then leave the scale alone for at least a week but longer if I stick to my correct calories. B/c it is so discouraging to see a gain when you doing everything right, but it can just be muscle but it is still frustrating.

I have the same problem! I lose weight really well and one year later I'm back where I started I hate it! This needs to be a lifestyle change for me to I jus love food and alcohol and always overdue it! Good job for getting back on the bandwagon realizing it is the hardest part. I just want to be back in my crop tops…
