I have the same problem and am currently drinking smoothies file with ice!!! It's a delicious and filling way to get water in!

Do not eliminate fruit sugar! You'll be missing a lot of fiber, and vitamins! I would recommend using natural sweeteners such as stevia! Good luck on your weight loss journey!
