I use fresh, cut the florets off the stem and rinse. Then let them drain well. A quick blitz in the food processor, being careful not to get carried away, I prefer it a bit chunky. Then a minute in the microwave. Much easier than cooking actual rice, which I always used to make a mess of. Never even thought of freezing…

So far so good. I am adding in another aim, no milk or cream in my tea and coffee. Hoping this will help get some weight off and keep my blood glucose levels down (diabetic)

Didn't do photos or measurements. My main aim is to get back into the clothes I was wearing 2 years ago. Then I was 19 lb lighter, but it looked a lot more because I was regularly doing pump, boxercise and spin. Really think that exercise is the key for me.

Its so hard when you are tired after work isn't it. I love my dance classes so I force myself to go and always feel better afterwards, just wish I was as motivated to get to the gym!

First swim in 2 weeks for me as I have been having a flare up of an old shoulder injury and decided to rest it. 30 min swim, lost track of distance. Some pain during the swim but not feeling too bad now, will see how it is in the morning.

Could you have developed a stomach ulcer. These can be a common side effect of NSAIDS and could cause the pain you have been experiencing. If it were me I would cut out the Ibrufen and the spicy foods for a while to see if it helped. It might not be a popular thing to say here, but I would also cut back on the BPC. In my…

My MIL is type 2 diabetic who has recently started on insulin in addition to oral meds. I told her about how low carb could help, only to be shot down with "the nurse told me I had to eat bread, pasta and rice." Until the medical profession catches up we are fighting a losing battle.

3 days of walking whilst on holiday, not sure of how many steps but my feet are killing me!!! Off track with my woe whilst away and have managed to gain 5lb!!! Hoping it is water weight and will go as quickly as it came.

Mine is partly due to being 'a woman of a certain age'. Giving up caffeine has helped a bit. I am a teacher too, LauraRae and the children are always asking me why my face is red!!
