There are many things. If you can't do things yourself and need a program, there are tons available to you. I'll list the options and things I've tried: 1. Insanity - No equipment and simply body weight. It may seem really tough in the beginning but make sure to focus on form (ex. never bend your knees over your toes…

Are you trying to lose weight? 2000 calories seem like a lot. If you enter your current weight, rate at which you want to lose weight and goal weight, MFP will tell you how much you need to eat. Also, a plant-based diet doesn't change anything if you still eat more calories than you should burn. I'm a very short person,…

Yup, I'm well aware. Their medical history is different to ours. Other than health, their preferred body image is also a lot smaller to ours. I've met some Korean women who would be called a good size in the west and seen as fat in Korea.

That's you at 150lbs? You look skinnier than your profile picture in this one. If that's 150lbs for you, I wouldn't really worry.

Sorry, just ignore this. I commented on your comment accidentally.

Most people have forgotten what we're suppose to look like. In many Asian countries, that BMI would be considered obese and would be seen as obese in those countries. It's different standards for different types of bodies. You may not think you look overweight but by the look of your thighs it looks that way for me.…

Hello Canadian friend! I've already lost 20, I want to lose 45lbs more. H: 5'1'' HW: 180lbs CW: 159lbs GW: 115lbs Wish you the best :)

BMI is actually a pretty good indicator. It's not reliable when you're a body builder but for obesity and overweight cases, it's spot on. However, the BMI standards in the west are a bit higher than India, Korea, Japan, etc. For them anything above 25 is obese, in the west it's 30. Overweight is 23-25. I'm really happy…

Thank you! I have a similar plan as you with the weight training, however I have long ways to go. Hopefully in less than 6 months I can achieve it.

You lost a lot of weight in a year! Slow is better than maintenance. Do you know why you end up eating your burned calories back? I know that when I didn't plan my entire day's meal plan, I unsuccessful. If you need any pointers with your diet, feel free to pm me. Food control comes first before any exercise. Hope we both…

Awesome job on the weight loss. Hope you reach your goal weight soon :)

Congratulations on your wedding! You can do it :) Wish you the best.

Keep your streak going! My longest streak was 250 days but I broke it for a few months. Once you lose the momentum, it's hard to get back into it. Stay focused, have a goal in mind and push through. You can do it! I have 115lbs on my mind and I'm not looking back anymore!

I used to be a healthy weight when I was in middle school but I was never the ideal weight for my height. Lowest I've ever been as an adult was 145lbs. I'm also looking forward to how I'll look at 115lbs! I'm very excited :)

You can do it! Congratulations on your wedding :)

I eat anywhere between 1000 - 1200 calories a day. If I eat anymore than that, I don't burn enough to have any significant weight loss. On average, I burn anywhere from 500 - 800 calories a day.

Good luck on yours as well :)

Hi, do you mind answering a few questions first? How much do you currently weight? What is your height? Why 10km? What will be your walking pace (how long will it take you to walk 10km)? Are you unable to do anything other than walking? Why such a tight schedule? I'll be able to answer properly after these are answered.
