You know, there a fair point that people missed too. With the amount of eatting going on during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve... It make sense to start January 1st. Kinda let yourself have those last horrahs

I can agree with you, appetite is at a low (for snacking) and energy is at an all time high. At least it is motivating me to get to the gym, haha
