One other point of view is think of your weekly calories (your calories allotment x 7) and just make sure you stay under from week to week. Use Sunday at midnight as a marker. Then take your total amount logged in a week and divide it by 7 for an average daily calorie intake. As long as you are on average on your target…

Grilled pizza... I like my pizza deep fried but that's just me lol

No if riding a fold up bike is an efficient way to burn calories via basic exercise or if walking would just be better in general.

Didn't read the above posts If you exercise one leg, your muscles will get out of balance if you over do it. That being said, just relax and let your body heal. Id say just do stretches in your downtime to stay limber, you wont fall back, but youll be on pause. If you mean things to do, The Assassins Creed franchise is an…

I read the title as "Evening Snack Lips" Very confused. Anywho, carry on!

My weakness isn't Biscuits and Gravy, but Chicken and Biscuits (with gravy) I wanna cry but I think I would eat celery all day JUST so I could eat that for dinner from a local diner here.
-
Might sound silly but I didn't really consider the fatigue aspect of it. If I had a gigantic ac blowing at me while I was running I would run for so long haha. I sweat way too easy

Theres a fine like what people consider treats and not. I don't put a number to them, I have as numerous a day if my calories fit them. To me a treat is peanut butter and celery but to others a treat could be a deep fried oreo. Its what ever you can make fit in your macros, and most importantly don't punish yourself over…

Do you enjoy eating it? If so, see Macro's for fitablity

Im pretty sure I would die. I enjoy the foods too much so I just put them in moderation, Good luck though!

Not only this ( and I thank you for saying what I haven't yet) but I've taken them, they have the worst side effects, I'd rather just have a couple bad days during the week rather than have a constant dry mouth, ringing in the ears and a more personal side effect. Food and caffeine is 90% of the battle for me I believe

Been there, done that. Too infrequent to med.

Heard his voice in my head as he said that

So when are we getting Chinese?
-
Ive heard that just working out legs is the best workout to do, puts your body in a foot burning mode, maybe try working lower and upper body alternating with a steady cut back of food?

From the Diary Settings field "Calorie Adjustments: (Check box here) Enable Negative Adjustments Change Handling of Partner Adjustments If you have linked your MyFitnessPal account to a device or app that measures your total calorie burn (Fitbit, Bodymedia, etc.), check this box to allow negative calorie adjustments from…

Its a buck for any size in New York :D

Does the allow negative adjustments in the diary settings click box do this? I know the iPhone will take away like 60 or so depending on what you did, get you a free eat back snack if you really wanna but your entire days of calories burned? Seems like a setting is loose somewhere

Umm could be redirect please? lol

the tl;dr: Listen to your body, enjoy what your doing to benefit it, and don't let yourself nail a number in your head with the BMI charts.

Purely asking this for information purposes so don't take it a wrong way but is Red meat majorly attributed? (Granted we HAVE just scratched the surface)

I googled it after posting that lol I was disbelief it was a word but alas, I learned a new one day! I thought it was a typo toward me also ;)

Drink it, helps quench thirst

What's an onus?

I got people who visit Chernobyl for vacation, nuclear power plant cleaners and people with a family history of cancer. We didn't have McDonalds in the 1800's and there was plenty of cancer so I would never link food to cancer. Never.
-
I feel this implied we know exactly what causes cancer but still dont understand why its happening lol Like being in denial that your brakes on your car don't work and wondering why you cant stop
-
A very skewed way of thinking here, would be nice if you backed up that NA has cancer causing foods before throwing out such a wild thought. Im not trying to bait anything here but this is less than supportive for the OP. Her BP and Cholesterol doesn't correlate with the BMI chart all that much. I also want to verify that…

I HATE BMI'S Now that, that is out of the way. No its not a bad thing. Im a 5'9 man with wide shoulders and a bit of a spare tire on my stomach but im no where near what an "obese" man could be and im considered morbidly obese. This is the unpopular opinion that everyone will tear me down for saying but Take The BMI Scale…

That's a pretty horrifying thought lol "Honey where is my iPad?" *shrugs* he makes a great point too, You NEED more than 2000 calories (give or a take 500) a day to simply exist on this planet.

My idea is just don't think "is this enough" just every time you have the minutes/hour to go to the gym, give it your all and keep achieving new goals with weight/distance ran/time. Optimize every minute you choose to be at the gym and if the weight comes off, it comes off, if it doesn't consider more time. Use phone apps…
