  • My Mom has used it for joint pain and has found that it has helped her a lot. It hasn't taken all the pain away but she found she could move and was able to go to sleep a lot better.

  • Could an iron shot be an alternative ? I know my Aunt had to take them as the liquid was to hard on her stomach. I don't know about mineral absorption if it's not as good etc...
