Don't second guess. I have lost 27# by walking and reduced calories! Walking does burn calories!
-
So since I am not burning enough calories walking 3.75 miles an hour 5 times aweek I should continue to only eat 1200 calories a day? I shouldn't add any calories? I am not talking about over estimation of burns but calories in general?
-
Since I don't walk two plus hours at a time?
-
So your saying there no compelling reason I should eat back any calories for walking?
-
Since you stated no compelling reason. I will still walk my 3.75 miles in 60 minutes 5 times a week and eat my normal 1200 calories a day. I am 5 foot 37 year female who can't physically run so according to you my intentional excerise is useless!

When I started back in December my husband continued to eat whatever he wanted but never said or did anything to sabotage me. It did drive me a bit crazy seeing him pile on the food! I never said anything just continued to change my habits. By January he was on board with me and he has now lost more than me! Just not fair;…

The only excerise I can do is walking. I started 127 days ago by walking. In the beginning I only walked about 30 mins a few days a week. Now I am up to 60 mins or 3.75 miles, 5 times aweek. I have lost 27#!

The past year has been life changing. My original primary doctor blew me off but thankfully I had a friend/coworker that was the public health commander on our base who was able to get me a referral off base. My blood work was crazy. I find that the days I don't walk my back hurts more! I am thankful for a fantastic…

My husband has been active duty for the past 15 years, if he ate like this there is no way he could perform his duties!

You look fantastic. I've lost 21# since December 7th. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes!

I believe one should always consult with their doctor. I take vitamin D3 50,000, multivitamin, plus fiber and depending on my repeat bone scan in July they may add additional supplement since my last scan showed osteophenia. I have an autoimmune disorder. Ugh I feel they're are always wanting my blood;)
