  • I do too...And I think using your arms takes the whole workout to another level...It surely makes me tired quicker...lol
  • GREAT! I've noticed that if you log aerobics its shows it burns more cals...then when using brisk or fast walking. And they do seem more intense than just walking. But either way I'm staying under my daily goal.

  • I've found that sometimes I am not aware of the calories in a serving and I have to revaluate what I'm consuming. but as long as you stay under your goals I agree...you should not be gaining.
