Love them! They're the only protein bars that I "trust." Though I limit myself to one three times a week (lift days). Good recovery snack.

That looks delicious!!! MIGHT try this for dinner soon. BUMP!

Where else do you log?
-
^^^ This, friend. Just eat what you like, but less of it. :)
-
You may not be logging properly. Do you eat exercise calories back? Do you use a food scale to weigh your food? Are you grazing without logging? Do you have "cheat days?" Is your diary open?

Sorry to hear that. :( Similar story with my grandma: she was on some bizarre diet and made me do it with her for three days. I was a total space cadet those days... It was VLC and she kept having me chug water every hour. I lost five pounds and as soon as I got home, I ate EVERYTHING. It was miserable.

Depends on what my deficit for the week looks like. I went over by about 450 cals last night, but my deficit for the week is still good. My week starts on Monday, so I have two more days to make up any overages by cutting if need be. Agree with other posters. 1200 is low and aggressive to begin with. Not eating back your…

All my life I was picked on for being a bit chubby by 'friends' and family. My friends were all skinny minis and I was always very clearly the fat friend. My family called me "wide load." I carry a lot of my weight around my hips and thighs...and my butt. I have a big butt! This one time in high school, a black chick…

How's that orthorexia workin' for you?

Why is there jellyfish on your pizza? ;) To OP: Publix sells a cotton candy flavored grape. I had to stop myself from eating an entire bag in one sitting. THEY ARE DELICIOUS.

I lift :) I just hate having such a small gym. I see the same people at the same time every day taking up all the available space, hogging the equipment without doing anything with it, talking and laughing. It irks me. Let someone else have a turn so I can bust it out and go home!

This is my lunch this week. I'm not even vegan and I love it. Fills me up! http://www.foodfanatic.com/2014/08/cilantro-lime-rice-bowl-with-avocado-and-beans/

I can't really speak for the other trackers or point out the best one because I've only ever tried one. I have a FitBit Charge HR and I love it! It's only been about a week and a half, but it's taught me so much about eating in a deficit that's hand tailored to me and my activity level. It encourages me to get up and take…

I agree wholeheartedly with the above posters. It made me ill, and angry. I chose to overeat and gain weight. I wasn't forced or influenced by the food companies to do it.

MyOatmeal brand oatmeal...Almond Joy style. Made with shredded coconut, chocolate powder, greek yogurt powder, crystalized monk fruit sweetener, and sliced almonds. A cup of coffee to top it off.

This is the problem with Stupid Sh*tty Kaiser...my options for doctors are verrrry limited. You're absolutely right though. I demanded answers in my e-mail and I'll wait for a reply before seeing about a follow up appointment. Thanks to everyone.

 Yeah. Thus why I'm nervous.

Ugh, sorry for hijacking this thread but this was extremely relevant to my interests. I think I've been feeling bad about this since my doctor diagnosed me late October. He seemed to be nonchalant about the whole thing, but it's still very pertinent in my mind. I'm nervous about just "letting things be" until my next visit…
-
Just my PCP. I have Stupid Sh*tty Kaiser, so I'm sure my options are critically limited. Just made me e-mail my doctor for more questions/asking if I should see a specialist.

Didn't they have a box of Just Marshmallows for awhile?

No less terrifying!

Trying not to cry now, jesus christ! Thanks, I guess.

I have subclinical hypothyroid. My doctor said medication is not necessary and to address it with diet and exercise. I'm kind of panicking reading about these people here nearly dying from hypothyroid. Should I be concerned?

I weigh EVERYTHING, prepackaged or not.

I'm in the gross club. I wash the gym clothes once a week! When I buy a rotisserie chicken, it is literally impossible for me not to eat the skin as soon as I get home. I used to peel and eat the entirety of the skin... And not log it. I brought one home today and ate just a sliver of skin. It was so hard to throw the rest…
