I'm in but starting now. I'd need to lose an average of 2.5 lbs a week which is NOT too aggressive. I want to lose 60 lbs.

The cyclical nature of your weight loss and weight gain is the story of my life as well unfortunately. I know much of it is in the Psychology of things but in any event just started this past Saturday and wish you much success.

Being over 300 Calories yesterday, being tired and not wanting to go to Gym but finding a way to burn it off at home through Jogging/Running in Place.
