Same situation here but thanks to god that i have self control. Just keep counting calories in Ramazan and Don't eat the deep fried foods like samosa pakora they will add up to a lot of calories. Just Think before you eat!

If i count calories according to serving size which is 4-5 serving it is 178.88 Calorie for 688 g cooked soup

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) 1115 (TDEE) 1338 these numbers are probably wrong bcoz from IIFYM Calculator my BMR is: 1857 TDEE is: 2229

how many calories i should consume ? my daily goal from MFP is 1,230 Calories just 6 months ago i was at 253 lb. with a 1200 calorie diet and a lot of exercise/cardio now i am at 178 lb

Yeah pretty much what I thought as well. Good to have it cleared up though. and yes i am in calorie deficit from the last 6 months my daily average calorie intake is 1150 to 1200 including milk :)

i try not to and i used to do cardio for 2 hour/day but if was feeling too hungry then i would eat half my exercise calories back

lets suppose i boil 100g red Lentils for half an hour how much calorie it will contain ? i am confused because on google its 353 calorie red lentils/100g but when i choose boiled option then its 116 calorie per 100 g Does cooking affect the calories bcoz there is 237 calorie difference
