I would ask them if they like running and they would look annoyed and turn the volume up on their headphones.

Good job. Keep doing the best you can and not too far from now you'll be surprised at how much of a difference you can make.

I feel like I would be torched for saying this but I like weighing myself several times a day. I like seeing the stats to everything I do. How much I walk, run, calories consumed, etc. People say I have a problem weighing myself too much but they are the same people that drink, smoke, watch tv daily, constantly on their…

I personally don't like how people try to get under 1200. I feel like 1600 calories should be the limit. I would say "eat more lose more" is about eating enough calories to also exercise enough to burn more OVER TIME. Eating more doesn't mean go over your calorie count. For example me eating 2,000-2,500calories and running…

Eat appropriately and do some form of cardio like running.

When you set a weight goal it does it for you. If my maintenance was 2,000 calories and my goal was to lose 1 pound per week, it will take off 500 calories(3500 calories make a pound). At the start of the day I will see 1,500 which means if I follow that even without exercising for seven days I will lose 1 pound a week…

Add me. I'm getting back into running and sharing my progress or hearing others is something I really enjoy.

The good enough part strikes home with me. I lost 70 lbs and ran 35 miles and it wasn't good enough. When I first started running and was new to losing weight, completing goals was the best feeling but it dulled out after awhile. My advice is making goals around weight loss that support it but are more meaningful.

I'm rooting for you and really hope you succeed in your goals.

Always looking for new fitness friends add me!

I too rarely get any sleep...its not the greatest. You can add me if you want. Anyone that is motivated and excited about fitness is always great in my books.

Im 22 and would like people in their 20's to add me too. Im 5'11 185lbs looking to be in the low 170's most likely. My main goal is long distance running. Be cool to have other people my age to motivate each other on here.

Awesome. My ultimate goal this year is to complete a 50mile run at the end of december. Something as simple as writing down my calories/runs and getting feedback will help me remarkably right now. The first month of this year Ive been spiraling downhill but I expect us all to make great progress moving forward.
