Hi everyone, it's been a year since I started my weight loss journey. Although I have lost 55 lbs so far, I feel that it hasn't been good enough and that it has taken way too long to lose such a small amount of weight. I need some friends so that we can motivate each other and continue this journey together

The good enough part strikes home with me. I lost 70 lbs and ran 35 miles and it wasn't good enough. When I first started running and was new to losing weight, completing goals was the best feeling but it dulled out after awhile. My advice is making goals around weight loss that support it but are more meaningful.0

Yes I do try to make goals so they can motivate me, and it did work out in the beginning but after a while it dulled out for me as well. I also get discouraged after working so hard for an entire year and not seeing much of a change.0
