I love these types of treats. I don't mind drinking about 20% of my calories! Soy milk, almond milk, smoothies, coffee, tea, wine.... yum!

Hmmm not sure. I split mine up. 4 Meals. 3 at about 250 and one about 400. That works well for me.

Some days I am satisfied with a small amount. I don't eat junk food to make it up. That seems counterproductive. Eating under 1200 is not really a terrible thing, as long as it is not a thing that you do for an extended amount of time. Bank the calories for days you are hungrier.

I have always ate this way. I just don't like eating large quantities of food. I eat 5ish small 200 to 250 ish meals a day. Better for weight loss, I don't know. Better for me, heck yes. If i eat a large meal I feel uncomfortable, lethargic, and always regret it. This keeps me satisfied, and I always have more food to look…

Lunch yesterday was about 200. It was 1.5 cups broccoli, 1 can chicken, and a laughing cow cheese wedge. I mixed it together and microwaved for a minute. It was filling.

I am doing the same. I have a sedentary job and commute 1.5 hours each way, so 11 hours a day mostly seated. I am making small changes. Go to the bathroom that is further away. Get off the bus a stop away. Park further away. Look at the all the little things you do and just try to add a few extra steps to each. They really…

I personally prefer a slimmer look on myself. But, I have always been slim. (Until recently). I know I have some muscle work to do too, but I really don't want to look muscular. At. All. Just my preference

I can see the benefits. Like you said, it is not magic but the increased circulation might help. And, the exfoliation is an immediate benefit. Good luck.

I can't decide what to do with mine either, do I subtract them or not?! I am leaning towards not, but they are a little over 2 lbs each. I would like to not include that into my number. :) ... but they are a part of me now. Ugh.
