I have done WW before and lost. I have actually being thinking about going back. I seem to do better with accountability when I'm doing WW. The meeting leaders were great too. I do love mfp as well. I like seeing all the macros and calories, so I know exactly how much I'm having. I wish WW did that, but I may just convert…

I've experienced the same thing with lifting lostalykat. I've laid off of it, but I need to get back to it. It seems I'm so sore all the time. What do you do for soreness?

I had a girl's night out last night, but was able to stay on track. Thank god for my exercise calories. I've only been back on track a few days, but it feels good.

I'm in! I've been looking for some motivation and accountability. CW:131.5 GW for May 1:127. UGW:110-115. I want to get 12000 steps a day and go to the gym again least 3x a week.

I like the accountability of WW, but like that mfp shows fat,carb,protein etc. However, I got an idea that maybe I'll do an accountability thread or group and see how that goes. Thanks everyone!

Yes, I know. I've done ww before and lost weight, but there is the accountability when you weigh in in front of some one. I like being able to see the exact calories, protein, cabs, fat, etc....than using points.
