...and, when you are at 95 lbs, you'll want to be 90 lbs. Don't give into this cycle of self doubt, you'll spiral downwards. Us women are too judgemental of our own looks, please focus on your health & see a doctor about putting on muscle and weight (what others called body recomposition).

Snack on nuts like almond, have some nut butter, put avocado in your food (I eat it with eggs and wholemeal bread), slightly more olive/coconut oil when you're cooking?

Weight training is good for you at every stage. Others have summarised it very well - weight training will simply help you preserve as much lean mass as possible while you diet and lose weight.

Spending Christmas alone :( So I cooked myself a massive meal (most of which went into the fridge for tomorrow - Mozzarella & mixed leaf salad, mixed mushroom risotto, pepperoni pizza and a slice of a store-bought log cake.

It became effortless when I stopped trying to lose weight "fast" and started eating healthy. 1500 kcal of healthy food fills you up much more easily than 2500 kcal of unhealthy food!
