Hi only now seeing this, haven't been on forums for awhile... How did you find SW?

I mainly follow SW now, but i do keep a diary on here as well, so i suppose I am trying to combine them! Mainly because SW doesnt really incorporate exercise into its plan, apart from body magic, so i tend to worry that i might not be eating enough on days i go to gym.

sorry for my late reply lol!! I've been doing ok, lost 9lbs in two weeks, but then put 3lbs on in a week! lost 1lb at last weigh in so I no longer feel like a fraud by having my half a stone sticker on the fridge!!

hiya, i'm in the same boat, I lost 3stone using MFP, but due to life getting in the way and brand new bad habits i've put it all back on and then some. Well I set out this morning after sending the stepkids to school to walk 3.1 miles, and I ended up walking 5.08 miles!!! It wasn't the most scenic of routes, at least a mile of it was on a footpath alongside the dual carridgeway!! Below is a picture of the beach I took after hitting the 4 mile mark!!

oh its amazing!! went with a couple of friends who dont do any exercise at all!! cant wait to do it again!! next time i do it i wont be hungover tho!!

I have an open diary with calories set at 1200, but i do pretty much always go over! I tend to use hitting the 1200 mark as a bit of warning as opposed to it being the absolute maximum i can eat. Feel free to add me if you'd like guys!!
