I work out 4 or 5 times a week, an hour at a time. Sometimes I will do my kettlebell cardio in the morning right when I get up, and later in the day will go for a run/jog/walk routine for about 40 minutes. It looks like I'm taking every other day off. The last 8 days I've been exercising every day, sometimes twice, then I…

Finding that I couldn't just sit in a family members car, I had to crawl in... I think that is what threw me. Also, not being able to do sports and feeling clumsy and fumbling and feeling grotesque.

Thanks, EVERYONE for the feedback. I never eat more calories than what MFP calculates. I'm logging on MFP 46 days straight. I know something good is happening because everything I wear is getting looser. I can really tell doing my kettlebell cardio routing (~30 min.) as I have much better reach and range of movement. Terrific success. Way to stick it to the ol fat-o-meter. Working on mine! Stunning!

I started doing my 45min Run/Walk routine in the evening, now I try and go out in the morning. Sometimes I will do both on the same day. Rare, though. My cycling I do in the cool of the day, late afternoon. My kettlebell cardio routine I do before breakfast. Usually a 30min. routine.

Just take your meds, watch your blood sugar, stay away from pasta or any kind of processed flour, meaning muffins at restaurants and stuff. Our carbs should come from whole grains. Read labels for sugar content. MFP is terrific at…

Glad there are so many posts on this issue. I've been on this MFP cycle for about 5 weeks now. I am an endomorph with very heavy bone and musculature, but I simply hate my weight, cause I was binge eating/purging after I lost my job and marriage. I'm a well controlled Type 2 Diabetic and 63yrs old. Good news is, is that I…

Hi! thanks, I do. I carry blocs with me, a bottle of water and a platypus water bottle with electrolyte so I never feel over exerted. I use 'Refresh' carbohydrate and electrolyte crystals. No disappointments yet.

I mix a bit of honey in my PB2 (Costco Canada) powdered peanut butter. On whole wheat multigrain toast.... amazing.

Hey Kimberly, When that happens with me I just log out of both and log back in then MFP picks up the calories from the workout in my Garmin Connect.
