I just got into a huge argument today on the main boards because I said Oreos weren't healthy... "prove it" "just because they are less nutritious doesn't make them unhealthy" etc. etc. I'm glad I found this place. Those people out there are ridiculous and will have a harder time reaching their goals.

That's my deal too. I've never gotten into the fast food thing. Also, speaking of lasagna, the lasagna I make at home has 1,200 calories per slice. Probably the hardest thing to give up ever. I made a less fattening alternative (only 800 calories per slice) and it wasn't worth the calories. I say, either have what you like…

I started out at 38DD and have gone down to 36D after about 45 pounds. I'm shooting for B or C at the end of the tunnel, but it's not looking that way for me. I hate buying tops. It's the most disappointing thing to have to size up, only to be too loose everywhere but the boobs.

Exactly what I have every day: 2/3 C. steamed California blend with salt, pepper, and garlic salt with water to drink.

You can always ask for something simple, like steamed vegetables, when you order. Typically, restaurants are pretty flexible and capable of getting you something you don't feel horrible about eating. They'd rather have you paying them than not eating.

Kind of dumb. Sex book, barely even BDSM. If most of the women who read the book knew about actual, hardcore BDSM, they would not be interested in it whatsoever. I read it back in the day as a fan fiction and almost died when I found out that's what it was. Now you can get rich for writing a Twilight smut piece. What a…

I used to use it way back in middle school to just keep track of things. Now, it's practically my saviour when I need a little motivation.

We've all probably worked in retail at some time or another and therefore we all know the answer: people hate being wrong. I work at a paint store and we've had cases of our customers putting the wrong paint on their client's house and saying it's our fault for no other reason than that we sold them the paint. The hot…

Low calorie, high nutrients. Never eat more than the serving size. Document EVERYTHING. Introduce foods like kale, blueberries, and salmon. They are packed with nutrients and can be eaten in moderation to promote healthy weight loss.
