  • I've read up a lot of green tea, and they say any warm drink helps with burning calories. Very minimal though. But to drink a cold glass of water of a meal or a nice hot green tea, the tea will help with digestion therefore help with weight loss.
  • Thanks.. Its been confusing how to track since i will sleep from 0700 til noon - eat and sleep again for 2 hours then sometimes eat at 5pm if not i eat on meal break at 2200 and then im done for evening unless i have a yogourt or coffee.
