great question, I'm glad you asked because I needed help too! Usually work out with a bootcamp at 5 am and lately it's been freezing outside so I just go back to bed.

Haha okay maybe I should have set the number higher. Whatever you think binge drinking is. All I was saying is sometimes I want to have a bunch of beers and I'm going to have 5 or 6 in a night not matter what it is. So I try to drink light beer then. Otherwise on the evenings I'm more of a scotch or bourbon guy!

I'll add you. I'm the same way, just opened up my diary. Adding a ton of friends that way you have so much more motivation if you add a few pounds or eat fast food!

Everyone in this post needs to add me. Ha i love drinking and have been trying to figure out better ways to drink since I refuse to give it up. Lately I've been drinking scotch or bourbon neat or a light beer.

Drink light beer if your going to drink. It may be easy to say you will stop drinking all together but if you are going to binge drink and drink 5 beers it's a lot easy to cope with 500 calories then 1,000 calories.

JoRocka. Yes that is true, those are prime snacking hours. Definitely agree with you on the significant other. Worse thing is when you get home ready for the meal and the girlfriend does that. Idk what I want to eat, I'm not that hungry! But I could do that, save my calories for the later part of the day and plan it out so…

BZAH10. Makes sense good to set a time or figure out a way to eat earlier or to find a filling healthy substituent snack that I can either eat before or after dinner.

JoRocka thanks for the tip, that's not a bad idea to push meals out. I think it may be hard wired in me too. I didn't mean it like eff it I'll eat anyways, I just get home at 5 and we don't eat dinner until 6 or 7 so I always find myself snacking even when I don't want to!

That sounds like a good idea. Maybe I don't eat enough calories or have enough meals during the 9 hours throughout the day before I get home and when I do get home and eat. I will eat a lot more then I should.

It's hard to tell. I feel like I get home and snack because i'm hungry but haven't cooked dinner yet. Then it just feels like I never get full. So personally I don't think it is habit or eating because I'm bored, but i may very well be ha!
