  • I would suggest checking out whole 30. It's a bit drastic, and I didn't want anything to do with it, but I lost 13lbs in 30 days. The funny thing is now it has "rebooted" my body, so I love it. If you have questions let me know.
  • Congrats on making the change to track your calories. It's definitely a step in the right direction. Take it one day at a time, and don't let one "cheat day" ruin your progress. Just remember where you want to be, and go for it. Don't let anything stop you, not even yourself.
  • I would concur with 47Jacqueline. Make sure you are logging your food, and personally, I would stay away from grains and dairy, and limit your sugars to fruits. You don't have to do it forever, but if you're trying to hit a goal weight, these can definitely hinder your progress.
  • I started this a couple years ago, but was never serious about it. I just went through a Whole 30 program that changed my life. I'm here to add friends and motivate others as they motivate me.
